Saline wash, tourniquets, surgical gloves, resuscitation kits, and antiseptic creams & sprays. Foilemergency blankets, tough-cut scissors, paracetamol/iboprufen (including infant suspensions such as Calpol). Cough syrups. N.B. NO OTHER MEDICINES AS WE CANNOT EXPORT THEM.

Torches, batteries, head torches, vacuum flasks, poer banks.Mens NEW thermal underwear and socks, military boots, helmets, vests, walkie-talkies. Electric heaters, Ukraine appropriate power adaptors, sleeping bags and sleeping mats.

Food

Anything that can be eaten directly from its packaging, without the need for cooking. Tinned meats, fish, fruit, rice puddings, and beans. High energy cereals, and protein/chocolate bars. Fruit chews and sweet chews. Long life milk, energy drinks, bottled water.
